Tennessee Governor Lee announces appointment of Butch Eley as Deputy Governor

Tennessee Governor Bill Lee announced on Wednesday the appointment of Butch Eley as Deputy to the Governor. Gov. Lee’s office says Eley will assume this position while continuing his current role as Commissioner for the TN Department of Finance and Administration.

Eley will fill the former Deputy Governor, Lang Wiseman’s position, who has returned to the private sector. Governor Lee says Butch Eley’s extensive experience is valuable and will support the state’s growth in many ways. Read more on the State of Tennessee’s official website.
