Second degree murder plea in 2022 murder

One of three people charged in the murder of a Greeneville, Tennessee man will spend 16 years in prison. Edward Houser entered a plea agreement on Friday to second-degree murder and aggravated assault in the October 2022 shooting death of 22-year-old Juan Tauscher. He was originally charged with first-degree murder. Houser is 17 years old. Two others, Christopher Nance and Tyler Adams who were charged in the case and were juveniles at the time of the murder, have each pleaded guilty to lesser charges.
