Police: Frustrated Jonesborough customer fired shots are delivery workers

Two men were threatened by a Jonesborough homeowner with a gun while making a delivery at his home.
A report from the Washington County, Tennessee Sheriff’s Office said Andrew Lipsky, 36, is charged with aggravated assault and reckless endangerment/use of a deadly weapon after the incident on Bud Ball Road. Lipsky had reportedly asked the men to bring the load into his home and they refused.
Police said Lipsky then fired one shot inside the home and three more as the delivery men left.
The report said shell casings were recovered at the scene while Lipsky was taken into custody. Lipsky was later released from jail after posting a $50,000 bond.
