Warner Urging Fellow Republicans To Work In Good Faith

Virginia’s Democratic United States Senator Mark Warner is urging fellow Republicans to work in good faith with Democrats to avoid the looming threat of a government shutdown. Warner says he hopes Republicans will not stand in the way of keeping the nation’s lights on and says it would be negligent for Republicans to shut down the government, all in the name of fighting a vaccine requirement designed to boost vaccination rates and save lives. The Government faces a shutdown if Congress can’t reach an agreement by this Friday.
