Police: Virginia Beach man traveled to Bristol to specifically meet up with 13-year-old girl

Bristol Virginia police officers were able to recover a 13-year-old girl at a city motel where she met up with a 30-year-old man from Virginia Beach.

The agency’s report said Truong (JONG) Nguyen (GWEN) was charged with one count of carnal knowledge of a child between the ages of 13 and 15.

The teen had been reported missing by her family and Nguyen told officers he traveled to Bristol to specifically meet up with the girl. Nguyen is being held without bond.
