Police: 12 dogs locked in hot house without food or water supply

Four large dogs and eight puppies were removed from a White Pine house that had no electricity or water and the owners were placed under arrest.

Makensie Blake, 25, of Bean Station and Brooklyn Noonkesser, 21 of White Pine are both charged with animal cruelty after officers found no food supply or available water for the dogs locked in the hot house.

The dogs were taken to area boarding centers and shelters for treatment.
