Former ETSU assistant coach, UT running back Jay Graham arrested on prostitution charges

Former Tennessee Volunteer running back and assistant coach at East Tennessee State University Jay Graham has been charged as part of a Nashville and TBI investigation into underage prostitution.
Graham reportedly responded to an undercover officer posing as a 16-year-old after seeing an escort ad online and was arrested afterwards at a city hotel. He is charged with patronizing and solicting sex from a minor for alleged statutory rape.
Graham, 50, spent two seasons at ETSU including last year where he served as a special teams and offensive line coach. The Virginia native had a brief NFL career before moving into coaching where he was hired at several schools including South Carolina, Texas A&M and UT Chattanooga.
Graham was serving as head football coach at Centennial High School in Franklin at the time of his arrest.
