Couple on the run accused of human trafficking caught in Hawkins County

A Louisiana couple accused of child sex crimes in their home state were tracked down by US Marshals and captured at a campsite in Hawkins County.
Marvin Clement Jr., 40 and Tabitha Robison, 39, were taken into custody in Surgoinsville off Rocky Hollow Road after officers had received a tip about the couple possibly camping in East Tennessee.
The agency reported Clement and Robison had been on the run for almost a year and are accused of human trafficking, assault and rape of a child and drug conspiracy.
Officials in Oakdale, Louisiana said the victim in the couple’s case was a family member and is in state custody.
