New construction underway at Greene Valley site

A $90 million construction project is underway on property at the Greene Valley campus in Greene County. The new “East Tennessee Regional Site” will include two separate projects currently being constructed on the Greene Valley property site. The two main projects include a $60 million investment towards the Department of Disability and Aging Center and a $30 million Center for Technology, which is an expansion of the Morristown TCAT. The project is set to be completed between the summer and fall of 2026.
