WCSO TN arrests man for aggravated assault

Washington County TN Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 52 year old Ricky Allen Smith, and charged him with Aggravated Assault and Simple Domestic Assault in a September 15th incident. Deputies arrived at a residence on Smith Lane at 6 p.m. The victims said there was an argument and Smith covered one person’s face with a pillow in an attempt to smother the person and the second victim was hit in the face several times and had visible injuries.  Deputies transported Smith to the Washington County Detention Center.
