Bristol Virginia police post officer bodycam footage following allegations at casino

Bodycam footage from a Bristol Virginia police officer was released on social media Monday after a video post from a Hard Rock Bristol Casino customer claiming her arm was injured when being escorted out to a lobby.

A message tagged with the video on the BVPD’s Facebook page said: “This release is part of our ongoing commitment to transparency, particularly as these allegations have gained significant attention online.”

The customer identified as Stephanie-Lynn on Tik Tok gave lengthy updates to the injury she said was treated at a local hospital. She also claimed the pain in her arm was worse than her C-section while giving birth.

The footage shows the couple being approached by officers while inside a members only lounge and questioned about their admission.

Police noted the incident remains under investigation.
