SEHS receives $10,000 grant for machine and tools program

Sullivan East High School received a $10,000 grant from the Gene Haas Foundation for their machine and tools program. The foundation is known for their machines and supporting machine tool programs that helps students gain hands-on experience. Sullivan East will use the grant to provide new tools and resources for students that they will need to complete their dual enrollment and classes through Northeast State Community College. The new tools are expected to arrive in the coming weeks.
