Monday road closures in Kingsport

According to social media posts, the City of Kingsport will close two roads beginning Monday morning. The entrance to City Hall off Broad Street will be closed from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for concrete repairs, and some parking spaces will also be blocked off in the area. East Charlemont Avenue will be closed between East Sullivan Street and Watauga Street at the Boone Street intersection from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for water system maintenance. Motorists are advised to use caution when traveling near these areas and watch for changed traffic patterns.
