Greene County shooting leads to second-degree murder charge

An Afton, Tennessee man will be arraigned in Sessions Court Monday after being charged with the murder of a Chuckey resident.

Sheriff Wesley Holt said William Justin Harrison, 36, faces second-degree murder after the investigation into the March 28th shooting of Clarence Lynn Devoti, 72, who later died at his home in the 5600 block of Old Stage Road.

The TBI assisted Greene County in the case. Harrison was given a $600,000 bond.
