Concert headliner announced for Pepsi Independence Day Fireworks at Freedom Hall

Warner Music Nashville artist Chase Matthew was announced as the headliner for this year’s Pepsi Independence Day Firework Celebration at Freedom Hall in Johnson City.
Preston Cooper will be the opening act for the show

This will be the city’s 38th year of hosting families on the arena’s campus with a new event, a beauty pageant, starting at 11 a.m. An army of food trucks will provide lunch or dinner prior to the concert, the Kid Zone will be open beginning at 4 pm and the fireworks will be launched at 10 pm with Bristol Broadcasting’s WXBQ providing the soundtrack for the main event.
